Qatar Airways has launched a new business class menu and dining experience with a focus on featuring regional influences and signature dishes. Working with local produce suppliers the menu and dining experience has been designed to elevate your experience onboard Qatar business class.

The new menu includes traditionally prepared Arabic dishes including Kabsa, biryani and flame-grilled meats as well as regional options such as Porcini and truffle risotto on flights to and from Italy. New signature desserts and a luxurious afternoon tea experience are also being added for business class passengers.

The new menu will be served on newly designed tableware and cutlery with attention given to the finer details including linen-lined bread baskets, and mini condiment grinders.

The menu will be updated seasonally in line with the airline’s farm-to-table approach, and will include lighter options such as fresh salads, cold pressed juices and warm breakfast oatmeal.
