Cathay Pacific have increased their flight frequency to a number of locations this week including destinations in Australia, The US and Europe.
Starting in October 2017, Cathay Pacific will operate 3 daily flights to San Francisco - an additional 4 flights a week to the city on top of the current schedule. These new flights will be operated by an A350, making San Fran the first US City to be serviced by Cathay’s leading aircraft.
During the Southern Hemisphere summer peak season (October - March) Cathay Pacific will offer direct flights to both Brisbane and Cairns (instead of the current service to Brisbane via Cairns). As a result Brisbane will receive 11 direct flights to Hong Kong each week and Cairns will receive 3 direct flights.
Madrid, Manchester and Paris will all receive additional Cathay Pacific flights this year. Madrid will increase to 5 flights per week from October, Manchester will increase to 6 weekly flights from December and Paris will return to an 11 flights a week service.
