As part of their continued investment in their customer’s experience, British Airways have reopened the Geneva Lounge. The space has been carefully curated to give guests a warm welcome and offer a place to relax or work prior to travelling, with designated areas designed to meet the different needs of the customers.

Zoned areas throughout the lounge make it easy for guests to choose what area they would like depending on their mood, with lighting and music tailored to create a relaxed space.

In the centre of the lounge is the lobby bar, ideal for socialising and relaxing with spirits, beer, soft drinks and a selection of fine wines and Prosecco available for guests to help themselves.

For travellers looking to catch up on some work, there is a separate seating area with a mix of comfortable armchairs, seating and power outlets to recharge before the rest of the journey.

The lounge also features a brand-new craft beer room with both BrewDog Punk IPA and Indie Pale Ale among others on tap, allowing guests to discover new flavours while travelling.

While in the lounge guests can enjoy enhanced dining options including grilled paninis, continental cheeses, fresh fruit, soups and warm main dishes. A selection of sweets, cakes and biscuits are available throughout the day to accompany coffee.

The lounge is opened exclusively to customers travelling in British Airways Club Europe as well as Executive Club Gold and Silver cardholders and onworld Emerald and Sapphire members.
