Japan Airlines has released a new Spring Inflight Menu, featuring dishes from high profile Japanese Chef’s with a European inspiration.
Business class passenger departing Japan will dine on a European inspired menu with healthy yet fulfilling meals from Japanese Chef Shinobu Namae.
Available from March 1st the menu includes dishes such as Sirloin Steak with port wine sauce and peppered butter, Seafood served with anchoiade sauce, and Mackerel Escabeche.
Chef Namae’s menu will be available on flights from Japan to Australia, the USA, London and Paris, as well as selected Asian destinations.
Business class passengers on flights from Paris to Tokyo will enjoy a menu created by French trained Chef Sota Atsumi, winner of the Best Bistro in France.
Available from March 1st, Chef Atsumi’s business class menu includes Beef Cheek simmered in chili-anchovy sauce, and Scallops with squid ink risotto. First Class passengers will be treated to Duck confit cannelloni with white asparagus and aligot.
From March 1st - May 31st business class passengers flying from Paris, London, Frankfurt, and Helsinki to Tokyo can enjoy Japanese savoury rice bowls. Including duck breast with foie gras, seafood sashimi, and pork with vegetables.
