British Airways have reopened their lounge at the Linate Airport in Milan, unveiling a new refreshed lounge look including a new look reception give travellers a warm welcome.
The lounge features a brighter environment, new seating and powered hub tables in a new layout providing the perfect working conditions. While those in the lounge who want to make the most of their downtime can enjoy new dining options with the introduction of hot dishes in the refurbished dining area.
The lounge area features British-made Boss armchairs, specifically designed for British Airways and relaxing lighting by UK based Tyson lighting. All of this is topped off with high-quality Italian finishes including terrazzo stone flooring and Carrara marble.
British Airways know the difference a lounge can make to their customers, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure, the Linate lounge is a calm, comfortable and attractive space where travellers can make use of WiFi and complimentary catering.
Along with the Linate Lounge, British Airways have also completed a renovation of its First and Club lounges at JFK airport, unveiled a new contemporary lounge in San Francisco and improved the customer experience at check-in. Along with this the airline also has further investment planned for new lounges in South Africa and Geneva which are set to open in 2019.
