As part of the ongoing investment into customer experience, Qantas has unveiled its new Spring menu, which will be available in First Class Lounges. The menu aims to offer customers a seasonal selection of dishes made from premium Australian produce.

Designed by Neil Perry, celebrity chef and Qantas Creative Director of Food, Beverage and Service, the new menu celebrates the very best produce of the season. Fan favourites such as salt and pepper squid with green chilli dipping sauce and aioli and corn fritters will remain on the menu. New dishes such as Five Spice Duck accompanied by a salad of crispy noodles and tuna tartare with jalapeno salsa among some of the new dining choices that will be available for customers to enjoy.

The Qantas First Lounge cocktail list will also get a Spring refresh with seasonal additions available in each First Class Lounge location. The flagship lounge in Sydney will feature a Nova Highball, Pandanus Bitters in Singapore, and the Calypso in Los Angeles, all celebrating local flavours.
