Get ready Sydneysiders, Qatar Airways is bringing their state-of-the-art Airbus A380 aircraft to you from mid-September! We’re talking daily flights to both London and Paris, with one quick transfer via Doha, and onward connections to more than forty European cities.
Qatar’s A380 is designed with three cabin classes, First, Business and Economy over two decks.
Economy Class is laid out in a 3-4-3 configuration downstairs, taking up the entire lower level, with a smaller Economy cabin upstairs of 2-4-2. Qatar’s Economy seating is one of the most spacious available and their new generation in-flight entertainment system gives you over 3,000 options to choose from.
Business Class is a 1-2-1 configuration giving every passenger direct aisle access. On-demand gourmet dining, and access to the Sanctuary lounge are the big pluses here, along with full Wi-Fi connectivity.
First is configured in a 1-2-1 layout, again with every passenger having direct aisle access. There are two refreshment bars and the luxurious Sanctuary lounge as well as dressing rooms to freshen up and rejuvenate during your flight. In-flight entertainment is on a 26” HD screen with the highest LED resolution.
We have some great fares to Europe with Qatar Airways, and they’ve just added Pisa to their list of destinations, the fourth Italian city in their European network after Milan, Rome and Venice.
