Sydney to London is about to get an upgrade with British Airways introducing the Business Class Club Suite on all B777 aircraft.
The suites were first introduced on the airlines A350’s in 2019 and will soon service the Australian route from 1 November and on all B777’s by the end of the year. With a lot of negative feedback on the previous Business Class Club World cabin, in particular the 2-4-2 front to back configuration, the new Club Suite will be a welcome change with a better cabin layout of 1-2-1 giving all passengers direct aisle access. Additionally the suites will have a sliding privacy screen which fully closes but is not full height and provides padding around the seat shell to reduce cabin noise. The 21” seat converts into a 79” fully flat bed with multiple storage areas and much improved 18.5” HD touch screen entertainment system.
You’ll arrive feeling refreshed after the 22 hour journey with luxurious bedding and a curated amenity kit, both supplied and designed by The White Company.
You will be offered a selection of main courses, starters, desserts and a cheese course plus a modernised self serve Club kitchen area offering chillers and built in storage for snacks and drinks.
Enjoy a premium ground service with dedicated check-in desks, priority boarding and access to private lounges to relax before boarding. British Airways also offer a baggage collection service for flights departing Heathrow. Pre-book your generous baggage allowance of 2 x 32kg bags to be collected from your doorstep, transported to the airport and checked in for your flights. When you arrive to the airport luggage free, you are welcome to head straight to security.
