As part of the continuing centenary celebrations, British Airways has partnered with Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge. Together they have created a gourmet menu to be served to travellers of the airline throughout August.
The new menu highlights British flavours including seasonal ingredients such as wild garlic and asparagus with a focus on British Provenance and will be available in every cabin on all of the airline’s long-haul flights. Tom Kerridge has worked closely with the airline’s chefs to ensure the dishes work well and taste great at altitude.
