Travelling through Bangkok with Japan Airlines just got that little bit more luxurious with their newly redesigned Sakura Lounge at Bangkok International Airport set to open on March 1st.
The new lounge has been created with the aim of providing a more relaxed and comfortable lounge for passengers with an upgraded layout and dining supplied by popular Japanese restaurant chain Nippon Tei.
The lounge has been designed in keeping with the already revamped JAL lounges experienced in Japan. Passengers can relax in comfort, work in quiet zones, refresh themselves and dine on quality meals.
Each seat in the lounge area is near to usb and power outlets providing greater connectivity, secure storage is available for carry on luggage and additional shower facilities have been installed.
The food and beverage counter has been upgraded with more extensive options and menu items from Nippon Tei, who have 6 restaurants in Bangkok, including popular Japanese entrees and curries.
Access to the JAL Bangkok Sakura Lounge is available to JAL first and business class passengers as well as eligible oneworld members
