Qantas has announced the launch date of their new Melbourne - San Francisco service.
The flights to San Fran, operated by a 787 Dreamliner will start on September 1st this year.
The introduction of the new route means an adjustment to the Melbourne - Los Angeles Dreamliner service, with the new planes splitting their time between the 2 Californian cities. Dreamliner flights will operate from Melbourne to San Francisco 4 times a week and to Los Angeles 2 times a week from September. (QF 93, Qantas’s A380 service to LA will still operate daily.)
