The first Qantas flight between Sydney and Osaka takes off today! The new route, announced in July, was initially scheduled as a seasonal flight but will now operate as a year round service.
The direct flights will be operated 3 times a week by an upgraded A330 aircraft.
From Today until March 25th 2018, the flights will depart Mondays at 1:25pm, arriving at 9:20pm, and Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:30am, arriving at 5:25pm.
The return flights will depart Osaka Mondays at 10:50pm, arriving 10:40am, and Thursdays/Saturdays at 6:55pm, arriving in Sydney at 6:45am.
From March 26 2018, the Thursday service will be moved to Wednesday, making Monday, Wednesday and Saturday the ongoing schedule.
